After the developing of AHT HOODS (650°C) for which we adopted special solutions in order to reduce at the minimum the tensions created by thermal stress, and we decided to use these particular solutions also in the case of the standard HOOD. This innovation, for the HOOD , brings an increase in its normal life of about the 20% and of consequence an amortization superior to the initial investment.

Among the innovations we can list: Introduction of AIR KNIFE and of SEAL BOARD, so to reduce to out coming of hot air and to have a greater stability of the sheet and to reduce probable energetic losses. The SYNCHRONISM of the moving of the HOOD was totally projected again in order to be able to work in an excellent way also in presence of High Temperature (650°C).
